As the RAW intro winds down, Bully Ray's music hits and he storms out from the back and down to the ring. He enters the ring and gestures for a mic, catching it out of the air, and turning to the crowd.
JR: Well, this is a surprise. I didn't expect that we'd kick off the RAW after the Rumble with an appearance from Bully Ray.
King: Yeah, I'm with you JR. I'm a fan of Bully Ray, but I would have thought we'd see Drew McIntyre out here tonight to start thing off, or maybe the winner of the Royal Rumble. Bully Ray had a hell of a showing, but I'm not sure he's lead off material just yet.
Bully Ray begins to address the crowd.
Bully: Los Angeles, DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?
The crowd responds with resounding boos
That's right LA, I'm Bully Ray, and I'm your NEW Intercontinental Champion.
Bully Ray raises the title in the air as the crowd continues raining down their disapproval.
That's right everyone, keep it up. I absolutely agree with you. It is a disgrace. It's an absolute shame. Last night, despite being the best man in the Royal Rumble, despite being the obvious heir apparent to the WCF title, I was tossed over the top rope by the Great Khali and won't be headlining Wrestlemania. It's a damn shame, and I thank you all for your empathy. Frickin' fuhgeddaboudit.
The crowd continues booing, knowing that Bully Ray is deliberately misinterpreting their reaction.
I know, I know. You wanted to see me challenge Drew McIntyre for the WCF championship at Wrestlemania. I know. I know. Believe me when I tell you I wanted that as well. Buh lee dat. Unfortunately, I won't have that opportunity, but fortunately, I pulled a few strings, using the power of my friend David Otunga, and tonight, on Monday Night Raw, I get Drew McInjoke in the ring tonight. And you better believe that I'm going to curb stomp him all over this yard.
The crowd continues its torrent of boos.
But I didn't come out here to talk about what's going to happen tonight. I came out here to talk about what happened last night at the Royal Rumble. No, I didn't win the Rumble, but I did take out your hero John Cena, to become the NEW INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION. You see, what's great about me is that I'm not only a bully, but also that I'm as smart as frickin' Albert Einstein. John Cena came out and issued an open challenge for his belt last night. A challenge that man after man could not overcome. Superstar after superstar paraded down here in the hopes of taking Cena's championship, and superstar after superstar was defeated. However, in their infinite wisdom, the powers that be, had an ace up their sleeve. They had me. And I came down to this ring and I showed the world what happens when the WCF bully gets between these ropes. Cena didn't stand a chance, and I became the new champion that you can be proud of.
The boos are deafening at this point, the crowd hating the fact that Bully is the intercontinental champion.
Fuhgeddaboudit LA. I know it's not the championship you wanted for me, but it is a championship, and one that I'm going to defend every week for the forseeable future. It doesn't matter who if my first challenge, I'm going to send them home defeated and frustrated. But tonight, after I beat McInjoke all over this ring, I'm going to cement myself as the one man who is worthy of both the Intercontinental championship and the WCF title. You see, there's nothing to stop me, nothing and no one who can get in my way, in fact -

Wade Barrett, with his podium, begins to rise beside the stage. The Crowd gives him a mixed reaction.
Wade silences everyone by hitting his gavel.
Wade Barrett: "Can I have some decorum please! Dastard Ray, I apologize for interrupting you but you have talking for far too long. Now, I was going to come out here to be the first to congratulate you on winning the Intercontinental Championship but I'm afraid I've got some BAD NEeWwS!!! You see for once this crowd is absolutely right, you shouldn't be Intercontinental Champion. And you don't deserve to be WCF Champion let alone the winner of the Rumble. I'm shocked that you didn't injure who ever threw you out because of how fat you are. They have at least had to of thrown out there back. You should be striped of that championship and deemed unsafe in the ring. Anyway I digress. If I recall correctly you said that no one can stop you? Ha, I'm I suppose to be scared of you? Because you don't scare anyone including me. So how about you, as they say, put your money where your mouth is. Bad News Barrett vs Dastard Ray! And we all know the headline will read "Barrett becomes new Intercontinental Champion!" The Crowed again responds to this in a mixed way. This annoyed Barrett so he hits his gavel to shut them up.
Wade Barrett: "Now I don't know how management feels about this but I really don't care. This is between me and you. So come on Ray. Do you have the guts? Or are you what I have always thought you where. A fat pathetic waste of skin that is stealing my air." Bully gets angered by this and charges out of the ring to the #BnB Podium. They both stat yelling back and forth. Then out of rage Bully Ray starts shaking the Podium to try and knock it over.
Wade Barrett: "Who do you think you are? You really think you can tip this over? You know what you asked for it. SIC' EM BULL! SIC' EM!"
As Bully looks up in confusion a bull comes running from under the podium. This bull is wearing all black with the words " Bad News Bull " on his back. The bull rushed to attack Bully, but before he can get to him Bully rushes his way to the back. Wade smiles in site of the bull shooing Bully. As his music starts to play
