Early Retirement Empty
PostSubject: Early Retirement   Early Retirement EmptyTue Mar 04, 2014 8:13 pm

Hey guys... I just wanted to let y'all know that I'm gonna be dropping out. I know I only participated for a couple of weeks, but y'all seem like a really fun group and I hope I'm leaving on good terms if I ever want to come back as an active member.

I really enjoyed promoing and how active the site is. On the other hand, I was having a hard time collaborating with my opponents schedules, and I'll take the blame since I'm primarily an EST night owl. Also, even though in-game skill isn't a focus for success in this league, it was clear that I'm probably the worst player on the site. It's frustrating to anticipate a matchup and promo your ass off for it just to get beat down.

To be completely honest, I love more of a support role in these leagues. The guys running this are doing a great job. I've helped other feds with internet support roles like designing websites and banner work... all very hobbyist stuff, but it's what I really like doing. It looks everything here is under control in that department, but I'm really thinking of a few projects of my own.

One of my ideas, and I would hope some of y'all would support it, is a website for an original CAW database, where basically I would host a community supported free agency of original content for people to use in their Universes. My idea is people could submit everything from a CAW, complete with as much bio as they want, to an entire custom brand, with logos, arenas, caw rosters, titles, etc... and the only restriction would be that submissions are to be completely original intellectual property. Everything else you could find pretty easily via Community Creations with a simple search anyways, and of course CAWs.ws

Anyways guys, sorry for the tangent, and really sorry about dropping out. I'd still like to check in from time to time, and maybe give it another shot down the road with another wrestler. I found out Justin Gabriel has a pretty fun moveset, but all in all, it was really hard for me to figure out what to do with his character development.

Kind Regards,

It was a pleasure having you here man. Don't worry about not being good at the game, I went like 4-354 with Dolph Ziggler.
