*The camera shows a wooden table devoid of objects. The light on the table is extremely bright, but because of the camera angle we cannot be sure if the entire room is bright or just the light on the table. A voice can be heard of screen, but the speaker is unknown*
???: "Life can be funny sometimes. A man can be dealt an amazing hand, have the looks, have the talent, have the drive to succeed. Everything you need to rocket straight to the top, but wrestling is a business of people, not skills. Who you are determines your place and who you work with even more so. All it takes is one big name to overshadow you and your career is set in stone. My life was spent overshadowed by others, I had the same tools as every other success story in this business, hell I even had more drive than some of them. Yet I was still overshadowed because the company had others in mind as marquee names."
*A hand appears off-screen placing an Ace of Spades card on the table*
???: "But now, with the WCF, I have a chance to redefine my place in history. To show the world what I truly can be when I'm not held back. I get a chance to forge my own destiny, my own legacy, rather than be told who I am supposed to be."
*The hand places down two more cards: The King of Spades and the Queen of Spades*
???: "I am going to take this company by storm, show everyone what the term 'Ruthless Aggression' truly means. To show everyone that I should have defined the Attitude Era. That my boyhood dream should have come true and usher in a new era of wrestling."
*The hand places one more card down, The Jack of Spades*
???: "But that's all in the past. My future is bright because I will make it so. I no longer have any shadows covering up my skills; my drive will take me straight to the top. No one will stand in my way and any who try will be shown no mercy."
*The hand goes to place one last card, but hesitates. The hand places it on the table anyway. The Jack of Hearts*
???: "Funny, one card can make such a promising hand worthless. It's a shame really, to see such a promising hand overshadowed by one card. But that was then, now I have the ability to change my hand and with it, change my luck."
*The hand removes the spades from view and starts placing down three more cards. The Ace, Queen and 10 of Hearts*
???: "Change is coming to the WCF, I've watched from the sidelines and have had enough of the wasted potential there, so many people with the chance to do great things and redefine or even add to their legacies, squandered by disappearances and a lack of interest. I will not make the same mistake, I go with one purpose. Reaching the top and claiming my rightful throne, cementing my place in WCF history. I am as sure of this as my name is.......well, you'll know that soon enough."
*With those last words the sound of a chair screeching across a floor is heard. That sound is followed by the sound of the chair crashing to the ground, the table begins to shake as the light begins swaying back and forth, showing that the room itself was pitch-black, save for that single light above the table. The hand appears from off-screen one last time and throws one last card onto the series of Hearts. The swaying light makes it difficult to see what card it is, but with glimpses it's easy to infer*
