The New Faces of WCW Empty
PostSubject: The New Faces of WCW   The New Faces of WCW EmptyThu Jul 04, 2013 10:38 am

Tony: Welcome back to Monday Night Nitro everyone, and we are in the middle of this main event match between Dolph Ziggler and CM Punk.  These two friends were forced to face each other by the GM Cody Rhodes, and to top it all off, Cody made himself the special guest referee.  So far, Cody hasn't made his presence known, but that's bound to change as this match continues.  Even I know that the Dashing One won't be able to remain neutral and call this one down the middle considering his past history with these two men.

Bobby: You forget to mention what a travesty of justice this match is Tony.  Cody is blatantly abusing his power and he's only a few days into the job.  I can't believe I used to think this guy was one of the top superstars in the company.  He's really showing his true colors now.

CM Punk whips Dolph over the ropes and he comes crashing down directly in front of the announcers table.  Punk climbs to the turnbuckle and raises his hands to the sky.  He looks as though he's about to drop the elbow on Dolph.  Suddenly, Cody races towards Punk, uses the ropes to leap and hits Punk with a disaster kick.

Punk falls off the turnbuckle onto the steel ring steps below.

Out of nowhere, Cody hits the disaster kick on Punk, and oh my, he's fallen directly onto the steel steps.  He's out Tony.  Punk is done.  Ziggler is going to win this match.

I don't know Bobby, I'm not sure Cody is done yet.

Cody bows the crowd as they cheer.  He slides out of the ring and approaches Ziggler, who is struggling to his feet.  Cody calls for the Cross Roads, but Dolph hits him with a low blow.  Dolph pops up and whips Cody to the announcers table.  He smashes Cody's head onto the surface and then rolls him on top of the table.  Dolph hops onto the table and brings a staggered Cody to his feet.  He turns Cody around and delivers a Zig Zag to Cody on top of the table, sending Cody crashing through the table.

Yes, Dolph did it.  That's what Cody gets for setting up this match in the first place.

Dolph gets to his feet and walks over to check on Punk.  Cody struggles to his feet and screams something to the ring announcer.

Ring Announcer: Ladies and gentlemen, the special guest referee has determined that as a result of a disqualification, your winner is CM Punk.

Dolph hears the announcement, and turns to face Cody.  Cody leaning against the barrier smiles at Dolph and wags his finger at him.  Dolph is furious, and looks like he might charge at Cody.  Suddenly, Axel and Orton hop over the barrier behind Dolph.

Uh oh, this doesn't look good for Cody, the numbers game is certainly against him here.

Good, go get that son of a bitch boys.  Make him wish he never became the GM.

Cody's smile disappears as he sees Orton and Axel.  He looks around briefly, then jumps over the barrier and runs off into the crowd.  Dolph turns to Axel and Orton and the three of them help Punk up.  They help him into the ring and the four men head to each of the turnbuckles.  The crowd boos loudly.  Dolph calls for a mic and catches it as it is thrown to him.  He descends the turnbuckle and walks to the center of the ring.  The other three men taunt the crowd from their respective turnbuckle as Dolph begins to speak.

Well, it looks like we turned the tables on Cody Rhodes tonight doesn't it?  I'm sure he had something very different in mind when he made this match and put himself smack dab in the middle of it.  But thanks to these two men, Curtis Axel and Randy Orton, he ended up showing us what a coward he really is and ran away.  You know lost in the disaster that was the Great American Bash, and amid the interference from Kaz that cost me three matches, was the simple fact that we four have become one.  Rise used to be the premier stable around here.  Rise used to be the most powerful group that wrestling has ever seen, but then Cody and Edge decided to leave for greener pastures.  Well, Cody, the grass may always be greener on the other side, but I'll tell you what...

Dolph looks around the ring at Punk, Axel, and Orton

The view from here looks just fine to me.  Instead of folding up and fading away, Punk and I decided to keep control of WCW and found two better superstars to join forces with.  Better looking, better in ring ability, and much better at getting the job done.  Now, we're going to be holding this ring hostage for a little bit, so sit back you sheep, drink your overpriced watery beers and get comfortable, because we've got a lot to say.  COme to think of it, we're going to be holding WCW hostage for the foreseeable future so I hope you all like the new face of WCW.

The crowd boos the four men.  Dolph smirks and tosses the the mic to Punk who joins him in the center of the ring.

.:CM Punk:. Why thank you dolph , i do appreciate the microphone here and i just wanted to comiserate with you for a second because , well ill admit it , it wasnt just a bad night for you at the PPV dolph , for those of you keeping score at home which i know all of you faceless internet warriors do , right after dolph was eliminated from our chamber match at number one , no offense friend i thought you still did one hell of a job and i know just like you know whos to blame for this , but we'll take care of that in our own time brother.

The camera pans over to dolph ziggler who is shaking his head in agreement and mouthing the words your god damn right we will

The New Faces of WCW 4_zps54d70667

.:CM Punk :. I , was taken out second by that miserable TNA bad influence baldy christopher daniels , when he hit the angels wings on me on the steel floor of the chamber .... well kiddies even the best in the world isnt invincable and that was a future wrap on old punk and ziggs for the tag team titles .

The crowd cheers the loss of the men in the ring delighted that they were taken out at number one and two

.:CM Punk:. But further more later that night i was forced to watch , my best friend over here go threw a few more demoralizing defeats , all of which were out of his control and we all know right now that the man standing here next to me should be the World Heavywieght Champion , .... just as i should be the TV champion right now .... You know i thought alot about what Rey and everyone has been saying about me , and i can't help but start to wounder if this is some sort of cosmic kharma playing tricks on me , getting in the way of my glory and greatness, because the cherry on top of my night was being pinned by a man i know im better than and that is rey Myesterio who now gets to prace around the building like he deserves that strap of leather .... ya know what tho guys im getting ahead of myself because now that im thinking about it and im sure captin zigs alot over hear will agree thats all those title belts are , thick leather belts with a heavy wieght attached , its just coorprate validation that neither i or any other of the great men in this ring need. We dont need a status sybmbol handed out to guys who kiss the boots of bishoff. for you to know that you are looking at the Best in the World today, yesterday and for years to come , the straight edge messiah , the leader of the age of enlightenment.

The crowd boos as punk gestures to Ziggler on his side

.:CM Punk:. And everyone knows that this man right here is the future of sports entertainment , the best pure athlete in wrestling today , he IS the rising son rather any of you like it or not , hes just that damn good

Dolph dose his signiture hair slick , water flip and screams "ALL DAMN DAY BABY"

The New Faces of WCW 2duzhoz_zps42deb857

.:CM Punk:. And we have two of the best wrestlers on the roster behing us .... ya know what pardon me guys standing next to us , ushering the new era of this group , there stands the son of the ledgend Mr. Perfect himself , and a man with unbridaled potential and ability and right across the ring from him his the apex preditaor , the man who has been in more main event the most of the guys in the back combined , and also your current US Champion , who believe it or not is the only one bring any prestiege to any of these leather belts , and ya know what randy i speak for all of us when we say we appreciate you carrying arround that burden for us we know how hard it is to be the only guy around here with a belt that matters , dont we dolph . So here its is ladies and gents the final synopsis of what standing here before you as acording to me , if you thought we were dangerous before , if you thought we had power before , just keep your eyes on the horizen cuz its only getting better and brighter. Curtis , why dont you come down her and tell these poor lost souls some truths for me im exshausted man

The New Faces of WCW 179142_328332777294889_1784073680_n_zpsafd7f8a7

He smiles and laughs just as curtis dose , punk handels the microphone to him and shakes curtises hand as he dose so then steps away towards ziggler pointing at the future world champion

Heenan: "The chant says it all folks."

*Then the chants quiet down and Axel starts speaking*

The New Faces of WCW 24y2wkp

Curtis: "Those chants you idiots just yelled are one-hundred percent right. I did get screwed out of the Money in the Bank, just like how Dolph and Punk got screwed out of their matches. And people keep telling that it's ok Curtis, it was just one match. ONE MATCH!?! It wasn't just one goddamn match. It was for the Money in the bank! I just don't get how when I climbed up that ladder and grabbed the briefcase, it was locked on the rope, but when so called Mr. Money with the Swag, John Morrison, grabbed the briefcase, it was like no problem for him. I deserve better than him, that's why Paul Heyman picked me to be the next big thing because I'm a Paul Heyman Guy, and also that I'm the son of the great Mr. Perfect, and the grandson of the legendary Larry THE AXE Hennig. Just like how my good friend CM Punk over here is a Paul Heyman Guy, because Paul knows what real talent is when he sees it, right Punk. Paul leads us to titles and victories. That's why I want what's rightfully mine, and that's the Money in the Bank briefcase that John Morrison stole from me. I'm going to issue a challenge to Mr. Money in the Bank himself, John Morrison, to a match. I'm going to kick his ass, or to take that briefcase away from him. Either way is fine with me."

*Then the "YOU SCREWED UP" and "HAVE NO CHANCE" chants started to occur. Axel was about to lose his mind until his fellow partners helped him cool down. Then Curtis starts again*

The New Faces of WCW F42r2c

Curtis: "What I'm trying to say here is that why does all the heels get screwed out of every match when their up against a baby face champion or wrestler. Why did Bad Influence win the Tag Team Titles? Why did Christopher Daniels win the WCW World Heavyweight Title? WHY DOES HE HAVE 2 TITLES!?! I just think that it's not only me, and Punk, and Dolph that gets screwed, but maybe others in WCW because of the lack of respect that we get form you wastes of human flesh so called fans of the wrestlers that are fan favorites. And now your going to cheer for the man who returned last week, MVP, after I made him flee WCW because of an injury. Yeah, I saw his return promo, acting like he was the best and was in the best shape on the outside, but on the inside, all he feels is that pain from those chair shots to his neck and back. Plus those choice of women looked like smokers found on the street. Never thought MVP was into those kinds of stuff. And MVP, if you try to challenge me, your on. I will make sure I will kick your ballin balls and your ass next time we're in the same ring together."

*The fans start booing and throwing some cups onto the stage*

Curtis: "Other than that, let's talk about something else you idiots want to hear, something better than us teaching you nobodies here what real talent is, and that's the new United States Champion... RANDY ORTON!!!"

*Each member claps for Randy while he takes a bow. The fans boo around the arena, but Randy and the others didn't care.*

Curtis: "Here Randy, it's your spotlight now, buddy. Make these suck ups feel like nothing."

*Curtis gives the mic to Orton and gets another clap from Curtis*

Randy Orton wrote:
[Orton takes the microphone from Curtis Axel and turns towards the crowd. As he is about to speak the "You Sold Out" Chants start echoing throughout the arena. He smiles as Curtis begins yelling at the fans to shut up.]

MIKE TENNAY: "I don't think the crowd here are fans of Randy Orton."

BOBBY HENNAN: "I don't know about them, but Randy Orton is the New US Champion so he must be doing something right."

[Randy hands Curtis the US title to hold as he starts to get serious, but the crowd is unrelenting with the boos.]

RANDY ORTON: "United...States...Champion...RANDY...ORTON!!! Man does that sound good or what?  You see I didn't just win this championship, I EARNED IT. I've been silent for FAR too long. John Cena and Kurt Angle have both been vocal about how the Match turned out. Angle saying he's been screwed and Cena saying he should have won the title....Now it's funny, Angle should be thanking me for Involving him in the outcome of the match. I mean you've all see what happened during that match and if not just take a look....

....Seriously, you should be dead...Wait did you see that...Replay the clip...

...Look at that stud in the middle of the ring, but enough of that. So BIG Shocker...some giant whale makes his debut and gets a US title chance and by some miracle you won the match to get the shot, but can I ask you one question. Why didn't you get a WCW title Shot? Is it because even on your hands and knees you can't get low enough to give Cody was he really wants or is it that He thinks his facial hair is better then your? Either way you can sit there and start getting hyped thinking that your the next US Champ, but whatever you do don't underestimate me. Everyone saw what happens when a Viper gets caged and rumor has it that next week is Rage in a Cage or some stupid gimmick show but on another note..."

[Randy Orton turns towards Curtis Axel and walks right up nose to nose with him and and yanks the US title from his grasp.]

RANDY ORTON: "I'm very unpleased with you Axel. We dubbed you the Future and I even GAVE you a chance you make history and yet somehow you manage to mess it up. How can you say you were screwed, but I was watching the match out back with Dolph and Punk were backstage watching the match. That carabineer was locked and its not like it was Axel proof, you just chocked under pressure. In hindsight it is kind of my fault. I should've known you weren't ready for a match of that caliber, but it's ok now that your with the likes of us you'll get there. Now I've read all of the tweets and all of the online marks saying I sold out and Why Randy Why, but you know it's a very simple answer, To get noticed. You see after I lost my First US title I kind of fell under the radar and went unnoticed. One man noticed me and that was this man, DOLPH ZIGGLER! He came to me the night before The Bash and told me what his plan was and before he could finish I was on board. I'm done talking to all of you..."

[Randy Orton then raises the US title above his head as the other three man clap and the crowd erupts with boos. Randy then walks over to Dolph and hands him the microphone.]

Dolph: So there you are folks.  Straight from the horses mouth.  You see the problem with Rise was the eventually they had to fall.  I mean, the inevitability of that is implicit in the name.  Only an idiot like Cody could come up with something so pedestrian, so dull, so not worth of men like us.  In fact, and I don't want to get off topic here, I wrote a little song about our time in Rise and how bright the future is now what Punk and I are out.  Ok fellas, get down here and bring me a guitar.  Looks like I'm taking a page from Rocky's book tonight everyone.

A mariachi band makes its way down to the ring and enters.  One of the players hands Dolph a guitar and he begins to sing.

The New Faces of WCW 20130701045212429

Hickory Dickory dock, Cody Rhodes was sucking a -...

Dolph cuts himself off and smirks.  He takes the guitar, turns and smashes it over the head of the nearest mariachi player.  The crowd boos viciously, hoping they would hear an entertaining little song.

Dolph: Please, you didn't think I was actually going to reduce myself to some kind of minstrel did you?  I'm the Rising Son, I don't sing songs for people like you.  I ruin careers.  I show up and show off.  I melt the elastic in ladies panties.

Dolph tosses the splintered bits of guitar out of the ring and continues speaking.

The four men in this ring have a common goal, a common purpose.  We aren't just random superstars thrown together for the immediate present, we are four athletes prepared to do what it takes to take control of this company and to never let it go.  All of you saw how easily Cody maneuvered himself into the GM chair, just think what's going to happen when we pull him out of that chair and take it for ourselves.  You oohed and ahhed when that fat bastard Paul Wight chokeslammed Eric Bischoff straight to hell?  Watch what happens to that tub of lard at the Bash at the Beach.  You gasped when Cody was revealed as the new interim GM?  Watch what happens when we embarrass Cody in his pet project of a match.  You wanted to boo Rise?  Watch what we do.  We few.  We proud.  We....no, not Marines.  We're not anything like that bunch of sissies.

The crowd boos even more loudly as Dolph mocks the Marines.

In this ring, you have four of the greatest men to ever grace a wrestling ring.  Punk.  Axel.  Orton.  Ziggler.  We are dangerous.  We are vicious.  We are The Legion.

Dolph tosses the microphone aside and steps forward to the ropes.

The New Faces of WCW 20130619092153230

Punk, Axel, and Orton jump onto a turnbuckle and raise their arms into the air.  Nitro ends with the image of the four men in the ring celebrating their new group.

Eric Bischoff

Dolph, Punk, Curtis, Randy

Total Points = 5 Each

I feel that even though Dolph & Punk really did 5 star quality work this whole Mega Stable Promo was awesome. I feel like it was worth giving each one of you 5 stars.
