The lights in the arena dim. The camera shoots to the titantron which now is beaming red. The sound of a clock ticking comes over the speakers. It echoes loudly, as though in an empty warehouse. Then, the voice of a man comes over the speakers.
"Tick..... Tock..... Tick..... Tock...."The voice continues to say these words. Suddenly, everything goes silent and the camera stops on what would appear to be the hooded figure from all of the hype promos for the infamous Boogeyman. The hooded figure reaches up, removing it's hood and reveals the face painted, bat crazy bastard himself.
The Boogeyman looks rather, reborn as he stares into the camera. He closes his eyes, breathing heavily. His eyes snap back open looking into the camera again.
"I thought of coming here in an attempt to renew myself. In an attempt to become something more."The screen then cuts to the forest as seen in the hypes. Boogeyman stands in the middle of the clearing, hood down, looking to the camera. He begins to walk a circle around it while he speaks.
"I thought that maybe I could grow into something. Better than a crazy man who simply wields a smoking cane while he walks to the ring. And then, it came to me."Boogeyman stops in the clearing.
"Have you ever been scared?"Boogeyman extends his arms and spiders crawl through the robe's sleeves. They spill out in all sizes and colors.
"Do you have a fear?"He opens his mouth and a snake crawls from the opening, long and hissing and it slides to the ground and away into the darkness.
"I am not one to be trifled with. During my time away from the 'wrestling world' I developed into something more than a man who wears face-paint and eats worms. I have become darker. I have embraced the job I was dubbed with so long ago. That creak on your dark staircase in the middle of the night is no coincidence. Not at all. It is I. Coming in to release a rabid wolf into your room while your parents sleep away the night, not caring for their beloved child. Many people try to hide from the thing that scares them. They suppress it with a strong front. Acting as though nothing can phase them. Though, it is all a lie."The screen shoots to what would appear to be a bedroom. In the bed lays a figure. The camera shows the closet as it creeks open. The figure in the bed, a little girl, sits up, staring into the darkness of the closet. She then slowly looks up. A dark figure swoops down and then screen goes dark. It opens back up to what seems like a cave a fire sits in the middle of it. The hoodless Boogeyman stands over it, illuminated by the flames.
"I am done trying to suppress the thing I have become. The fuel for what drives me. I am the spider on your wall. I am the darkness under your bed. The voice in the dark woods. The creak at the end of the hallway. I am the fuel for your nightmares! All of your nightmares will soon come true! I have accepted myself! I have adapted! Rampage, Mankind, WWF, I AM THE BOOGEYMAN! AND I, I AM COMING TO GETCHA!"Boogeyman seems to kick the flames, taking them out and sending the screen into darkness.
