| Jim RossWelcome back to Monday Night Raw. I can't believe what we just witnessed, what a bombshell of a n announcement, a new name, supposedly a new general manager, it's such a shame that it had to end the way it did. Michael ColeWho cares about the way it ended, the only thing that matters is Stephanie McMahon is back and she's taking over RAW! And she fired Rikishi and Coachman to boot! I for one don't think we could have started the show in a better light. Jerry LawlerI have to agree with you, Cole. That was one slobberknocker of a segment to start things off tonight, but I don't like to see someone get attacked as viciously as Bad Influence just were. Cody and his henchmen could have very well ended their careers. Michael ColeLet's just focus on what matters here, we're no longer WWF, we're WCF and we have a fantastic match to kick off the show as Chris Jericho takes on the Rated R Superstar, Edge! With their history, I can't wait to see this match. Jim RossDon't forget that we also have Chris Benoit facing Daniel Bryan, what a technical match this one will be. Jerry LawlerTheir ring ability sure is something to take notice of, but if you think that's something, how about the clashing of John Cena and John Morrison. Mr. Money in the Bank taking on the so called Superman of the WCF. Jim RossAnd then we have the debut of the Prime Time Players, they compete in tag team action tonight against two of the men we just witnessed decimate Bad Influence, MVP and Shelton Benjamin. Hopefully we'll get to see a fair match between these four. Jerry LawlerHow about Paul Wight defeating Fandango for the Intercontinental Championship last night? I heard he hit Fandango so hard, he gave him brain damage! Luckily for his opponent tonight, Dean Ambrose knows how to take a hit. Michael ColeAnother man who knows how to take a hit, Randy Orton takes on his former tag team partner in Curtis Axel for the second time. Orton claims that Legion was holding him back, the viper is looking to strike tonight! Jerry LawlerI can't wait for this next one! It seems that KENTA has taken offence to Seth Rollins' attitude as of late and wants to teach him a lesson that he'll never forget! I think Rollins may have bitten off more than he can chew here. Michael ColePlease, I'd rather see the deserving winner of NXT, Bill Waters unleash pain upon Dusty Rhodes after his attack last night. Dusty is nothing but a jealous old man that needs to be put down, and Waters will be the man to do just that. Jim RossI'm a little concerned for Dolph Ziggler tonight as he takes on the man that he replaced in RISE, Christian. If he would attack Daniels as viciously as he did, I don't want to imagine what he might do to Ziggler. Jerry LawlerProbably nothing compared to what Bray Wyatt will do to the Miz! He requested an extreme rules match against the host of Miz TV, this one could be brutal! Michael ColeTonight Aries finally gets his chance at championship gold as he competes against JBL for an opportunity to face Paul Wight at Unforgiven. This could really go either way, but I'm pulling for Aries to steal the win here. Jerry LawlerPersonally, I'd rather see JBL get the victory here. After a disappointing start to his return here and failing to recruit his former partner, Bradshaw deserves this chance. Jim RossCody Rhodes was scheduled to compete against Christopher Daniels tonight, but after that brutal attack earlier, the champion is in no shape to compete so Cody will be going one on one with the man that he stole the United States Championship from, CM Punk! Jerry LawlerWhat a packed card we have tonight, let's start things off! vs One on One - Normal The last time we saw these two men in the ring together, Jericho was looking to take down not only Edge, but also his entire alliance. With a lot of bad blood between them in the past, it will be interesting to see how this one goes down. Will this rekindle their feud or will they go their separate ways?
vs. One on One - Normal It's safe to say that these two men have a similar style of wrestling, both are submission specialists, both are great technical workers and both men have almost identical signature moves. With a clash like this, who will come out on top, will it be the Rabid Wolverine? Not if the YES man of WCF has anything to say about it.
vs One on One - Normal These two men may share their first name, but that's about the extent of it. These two men couldn't be any different if they tried, with two conflicting styles of wrestling in the ring, will we see the highflying, master of parkour pull out a victory here or with the technical prowess of John Cena be too much to handle? vs Two on Two - Normal After making a thunderous debut last night at Summerslam, MVP & Shelton Benjamin look to knock off another debuting tag team in the Prime Time Players. Can MVP & Shelton make another impact tonight by getting their first tag team win, or will the duo of Titus O'Niel and Darren Young shut them down before they can start? vs One on One - Normal Last night at Summer Slam, Paul Wight walked away with his new Intercontinental Championship. He is now looking for any newcomers to try and take that belt away. This week he is paired off against rising superstar Dean Ambrose. vs One on One - Normal Curtis Axel defeated Randy Orton on last weeks RAW, giving the Apex Predator plenty to think about heading into Summerslam. After deciding to leave his alliance with the Legion behind, Orton looks to make an impact by asserting his dominance as a singles wrestler in the WCF, what better way to do that than to beat the man who has made a target out of him week after week? vs One on One - Normal After finally making his much anticipated debut, the Japanese legend will be going toe to toe against someone who believes he is a legend in their own right. Reports have shown that KENTA, being a man of honor and respect, heard what Seth Rollins had to say in his debut and ordered this match in order to teach Mr. Rollins something about common courtesy. Will KENTA be able to shut up the loud mouth in his debut or will Seth prove his point and begin making a bigger name for himself? vs. One on One - Normal Last night at Summer Slam we saw Bill Waters get crowned the winner of NXT season one. During his inauguration, he cut off and insulted the legend Dusty Rhodes one too many times which resulted in a strong shot to Bill's jaw, sending him cowarding off to the back. Will Bill Waters back up his words tonight, or will Dusty Rhodes show him why exactly he is a WCF legend. vs. One on One - Normal The match that everyone has been waiting for. Over six months ago the stable known as RISE was created, consisting of Cody Rhodes, Edge and Christian. After months of domination, Rhodes and Edge took it upon themselves to kick Christian out of the company to welcome a new face. . . Dolph Ziggler! And that's when things took off, RISE would 'RISE' to new heights and become one of the most dominant forces in the WCF locker room. Last night at Summerslam we saw the amazing return of Christian when he came to the surprising aid of Cody Rhodes. Now, with a new contract, Christian looks to exact some revenge against the man who ruined his career, Dolph Ziggler.
vs One on One - Extreme Rules After an edition of Miz TV with Damien Sandow as the special guest, Both Sandow and The Miz were viciously attacked by the debuting, eccentric, Bray Wyatt. Wyatt claims that Miz is all that is wrong with WCF, now he has the chance to prove himself right. Will he destroy and shut up the Miz once and for all or will Miz show that he deserves to be a part of RAW just as much as Bray does?
vs. One on One - #1 Contenders Match For The I.C. Title Both Austin Aries and John Bradshaw Layfield have proven themselves as viable championship contenders in WCF and tonight they've been given the opportunity to go one step further. Who will be the one that moves on to face the frightening Paul Wight for the Intercontinental Championship at Unforgiven? vs One on One - Normal SummerSlam ended up being filled with lots of drama that came from the result of the US Championship match. After both Bobby Roode and CM Punk were eliminated, we ended up seeing Cody Rhodes unveil a new what-seems-to-be alliance. Tonight, CM Punk gets another run at the US Champion and former RISE member, Cody Rhodes.
