| This is just a way to introduce Curtis and Maxine and their personalities as well as to get rid of Fandango and my other character Kazarian. I may have gone a little over the top with how much I needed to write, and it's not really that great since it's just back and forth and I just wanted to get an idea of what the characters would be like but yeah.  The camera cuts the backstage area where former Intercontinental Champion, Johnny Curtis, looking confused and not wearing his normal attire but instead sporting a pair of jeans and a leather jacket is seen standing by a blue container holding a flannel in his right hand. Not sure what to do with it, he tosses the flannel around in his palm whilst looking for somewhere to dispose of it. Not able to think of anywhere, he kneels down by the container and attempts to stuff the flannel underneath, only to be taken by surprise as a high pitched voice yells out.

There you are! I've been looking all over for you!Almost like a high school student who just got caught skipping school, a startled Curtis leaps back up to his feet and turns around, his eyes almost pop out of their sockets as a young woman makes her way towards him, he jumps up and slides himself back so that he's sat on the container, the flannel still in his hand, he tries to hide his guilt. Maxine
Where have you been? I haven't seen you since Summerslam when you lost the Intercontinental Championship to that mean giant. You normally have some kind of revenge scheme planned but I didn't hear anything from you... Are you just going to let that scumbag hold the championship?Johnny appears confused, almost speechless, but he manages to muster out a few words.Johnny Curtis
Who... Are you?Maxine's jaw drops, for a moments she looks to be insulted but quickly covers it up with a nervous laugh.Maxine
Haha, your jokes always make me laugh, even when I don't understand them. But really Fandy, we need to do something about Wight. Even more confused now than before, Curtis looks at Maxine unsure of what to make of the whole situation, he blurts out.Johnny Curtis
Who's Fandy?Maxine looks less than amused now as her expression takes a serious turn.Maxine
Stop it Fandy, you're scaring me now. Let's just go to our hotel room and we can talk about our plans to get that title back.Maxine grabs Curtis by his arm and starts to walk away, not getting very far as he isn't budging. Scratching his head, he backs himself away from her as far as he can until he's sat on the edge of the container. Johnny Curtis
Look weird lady, I don't know who this Fandy is and I don't know who you are, so please quit bothering me, I'm pretty busy right now.Maxine with an unimpressed look stares at the rag that Johnny Curtis is playing with in his hand.Maxine
Oh yeah you look really busy. It must be so tiring playing with that flannel, you can't possibly have any time for anyone else, not even your beautiful girlfriend.An ecstatic Curtis jumps to his feet with joy.Johnny Curtis
I have a beautiful girlfriend?! Where is she? I have to see her!Curits looks over Maxine's shoulder as if searching for this woman which just angers her, she slaps him across the head and yells out.Maxine
She's me you tool!Rubbing the mark on his head from the slap, Johnny returns to his seated position on the container and sighs.Maxine
What is that flannel for anyway? Curtis' eyes roll from side to side as he plays it over in his mind what he should tell this woman since he can't tell her the truth. She's getting impatient, he has to tell her something.Johnny Curtis
It's uhm.... Uhh... My...Maxine
There has to be a reason you're acting so strange. JUST QUIT STUTTERING AND TELL ME ALREADY!Johnny Curtis seems shocked at Maxine's reaction, his face drops and he seems genuinely upset. Realising the change in his attitude, she holds out her hand as he cringes and pulls away from her. Maxine
Hey, uhm... Don't be sad, I didn't mean to upset you. Johnny Curtis
It's not what you said, it's the way you said it. Maxine really doesn't seem to know how to react as Curtis mopes over her yelling at him. The room fills with a silence that seems like it can't be broken, that is until a loud banging breaks through as a 'THUMP' 'THUMP' can be heard coming from the container underneath Curtis. Maxine looks down at the source of the sound with surprise, she turns back to look at Curtis who's once again looking guilty.Maxine
Fandy...What's in the box?Johnny Curtis
It's nothing! There's nothing in there!As soon as he finishes speaking, another thud can be heard coming from inside the box. Curtis looks to be panicked now as Maxine steps closer to the box, Johnny jumps off and throws himself in her way.Johnny Curtis
What are you doing?Maxine tries to sidestep by him, but Curtis is quick to step in the same direction, blocking her off again.Maxine
There is clearly something inside that box... Show me. Open it.Johnny curls his lips together and shakes his head.Johnny Curtis
….Nope....Maxine
Fandango just open the box and show me what's inside... Now.Johnny looks to have been taken aback as he looks at Maxine, his mood switches again as he seems annoyed.Johnny Curtis
What did you just call me?Maxine
Fandango...Johnny Curtis
Are you sure that you're saying that right? It sounds like you aren't emphasising your A's enough.Maxine
Really? Ugh, whatever! If you won't show me what's inside the box, I'll just find out myself. Maxine pushes past Curtis whose eyes fill with worry as she puts her hand on the top of the blue container and starts to lift up the lid. He puts his hands up to his mouth almost biting on his nails as he nervously watches Maxine throws the lid open. She looks down into the box, surprised by what she sees, she screams out loud. Curtis grabs hold of her and places his hand over her lips, he uses his other hand and lifts his second finger to his lips, motioning for her to be quiet. She nods her head as he quietly and slowly pulls his hand away from her mouth before completely releasing his grip on her.Maxine
What the hell Fandy?!! Johnny Curtis
Damn it woman! I said be quiet.Maxine
How do you expect me to be quiet when you have a man tied up inside a box?!Johnny Curtis
It was an accident, I didn't mean to! He was just there and he was yelling at me and saying mean stuff and I just panicked, I didn't know what to do! Curtis rubs his forehead with the side of his hand as Maxine peers into the box once more.Maxine
Fandy... You do realise who that is right?Curtis shakes his head and presses up against the lid of the container. Maxine
This isn't good. That's Frankie Kazarian. He's best friends with the World Champion, Christopher Daniels...Johnny Curtis
Oh crap! What am I supposed to do? Help me, please!Crutis has his head in his hands now while using his fingers to play with his hair.Maxine
Look, just calm down. We'll fix this. Daniels has his hands tied with Christian and The Miz right now, he's not going to notice that Kaz is missing. He was booked for tonight so you'll just have to take his place and all we need to do is move him somewhere else until the show is over. The banging starts up again, a startled Crutis grabs the first thing he sees, which happens to be a short extension lead and swings it into the box causing the banging to stop. Maxine looks back down now to see that Kazarian is now out cold. She turns back to face Johnny with a face full of anger.Maxine
What the hell are you doing?! Johnny Curtis
I wanted the banging to stop.Maxine
Just get out of here, go get ready for your match or something, I'll sort this out before you make it any worse.Johnny nods his head and slams down the container lid before walking off with a very spaced out look. Maxine watches as he leaves, hoping that he doesn't get himself into any more trouble before his match tonight. Once Curtis is out of sight, the last image we see is that of Maxine trying to push the container to another location.I would appreciate any feedback you can give me on my Curtis/Maxine as well as the content of the promo if anyone actually reads it. | |

| Very good way to develop your character man. At first I thought u were copying bumout, but now I can clearly see that you are taking this in a different and unique way. | |

| As much as I hate Johnny Curtis, this was an enjoyable read. I like where the character is heading. |
