I'm assuming you are asking these from the perspective of kayfabe not being broken? Assuming that is what you meant, I will answer them form that perspective as best I can.

1 - Why is David Otunga in the 'Then, Now, Forever' video? And you start with a hard one. Even from outside Kayfabe that's impossible to answer. Is he still Jennifer Hudson's boyfriend? IF so, that may be why.

3 - Who plays The Shield's music? Good question. That never made sense how they are apparently attacking "from out of nowhere" yet whoever controls the soundboard plays their music. I used to say that it was Brad Maddox (back before it was proven that The Shield were in cahoots with Heyman)

4 - Why does a Superplex not hurt more than an Attitude Adjustment? Cena performs the move with such raw power very quickly.

5 - How do announcers know that a match won't end during commercial break? The WWE backstage crew have a team of scientists who have studied matches so in-depth they have figured out the formula to determine how long a match has left after a certain spot. Some of these spots e.g. slamming an opponent into the steel steps, are signs that the match will last through commercial and beyond. When one of these spots occurs, they notify the production crew and the commentators that they are now going to commercial.

6 - How do all the matches end before RAW goes off air? Each match actually has a time limit, they just don't announce it during the entrances. It is a wonder of mathematics that in the over 1000 episodes that RAW has aired for, not a single match has reached this time limit.

7 - What is the 'injustice' The Shield said they were shielding against? Well, they were paid to do all of it. So you could say the "injustice" was just a lie to cover up the truth that Heyman was paying them to do it.

8 - If Ryback beat Cena cleanly in June, why is he having trouble with small guys now? Since Ryback developed arrogance and an ego, he stopped putting as much effort into his matches and has been slipping up as a result.

11 - How did the Funkadactles get more air time than Tons of Funk? Dat booteh. Also, I believe the Funkadactyls have a much better w/l record than Tons of Funk.

12 - Why do referees ignore things like brass knuckles flying across the ring? IT's obvious that WWE referee's are all slightly disabled in sight, hearing and ability to withstand blows.

13 - When did WWE get instant replay and when can and can't the refs use it? A referee may request the use of Instant Replay (As exemplified at Extreme Rules in the Del Rio vs Swagger match). However, WWE referees are very, very trusting people and usually, when turning around from being distracted by the heel's manager to find the previously in-control face bloodied and bruised, trust that no underhanded tactics were used. Therefore the use of Instant Replay never crosses their mind.

14 - Since attacking a champion apparently gets you a title shot, how come everyone from CM Punk to Yoshi Tatsu doesn't just hunt down the champion? Most low level stars are too afraid of the champions to dare attack them and are still reeling from the 30 second squash match they recently endured against them.

15 - Why doesn't everyone just stand outside the ring during a battle royal to keep from being eliminated? There is an unspoken agreement in Battle Royals that, since nobody can win without everyone being in the ring to be eliminated, they will all stay in the ring. It is a surprisingly sporting action, especially since heels are a big staple in battle royals and usually outnumber the faces.

16 - Why doesn't Kane use his fire abilities in his matches? He would be disqualified.

17 - Why are referees so easy to take out? WWE Referee's are actually created in the WWE Labs at Stamford, Connecticut. To keep wage costs down, they have been creating their own referee's since the early 90's. These creations require no sustenance or wages, and simply go into a coccoon-like state when they are not required. Clearly, there are many drawbacks. These include the obvious issues regarding sight. hearing and taking bumps, along with their naive nature.

No group can find 4 people who can co-exist in a cohesive unit to take down the Shield. Also, The Shield excel at the numbers game not just because they have more people, but because they are masters at isolating one opponent. That is why they still use numbers game even when the two sides are matched in numbers.

22 - If chairs are illegal, why are there so many around and under the ring? Setting up the ring is a hard job. Sometimes, the ring crew need to sit down and have a rest.

23 - Why doesn't Big Show just knock everyone out when the bell rings? Same reason nobody hits their finisher as soon as the bell rings. Their opponent is either A) Not hurt enough for the finisher to keep them down or B) Able to evade it. All wrestlers are aware they need to wear their opponents down before striking.

24 - Why didn't anyone tell Roddy Piper that wearing black face was a bad idea? Because a lot of people thought it would be hilarious for him to destroy his career.
