RAW returns from commercial break to display a lonely Paul Wight standing in the middle of the ring. It isn't long before he brings the mic to his mouth and addresses the fans.
King: "JR, let me ask you this. What seven foot giant have you seen put on a show like we saw last night?"
JR: "It was a hell of a match, but I think Paul Wight ran out of gas. A big man like that just cant last long enough in a match of the tenacity we witnessed last night."
King: "Right you are JR, but let's quickly cut to the ring so we can see what Paul has to say tonight."
Paul Wight: "Last night was a very sad time in my career so far here in the WCF. You see, I lost my Intercontinental Championship to none other then Austin Aries. Let me tell you about Austin Aries though. That punk may have caught a lucky break and won my championship, but he will never represent that belt like I did. I may have gotten quiet to the end of my reign, but let me tell you - nothing is better for business than having a seven foot giant walk around this company holding that gold. So Austin, you may be holding that title, but it isn't long until you're holding your back in pain and you are flat on that mat. There isn't anything that anyone in this company can do to stop me. Whether it's next month, or whether it is next year - Paul Wight will be holding onto some sort of gold."
The fans start booing out of sheer hate for Paul Wight.
Paul Wight: "Hate me all you want you worthless moles, but let me ask you this. Who else is out here speaking out? Everyone who works here hides in the back, doesn't come out here to speak on ANYTHING, and flat out doesn't show the respect that I do for the company. I may hate the people I work with, but I love this company. So a warning to all the champions out there - it's only a matter of time until Paul Wight gets his hands on the gold - and it's only a matter of time until the Show...gets Bigger. Until I can get my hands on a contender position, I have to continue to fight week after week to show why I am still the most dominant man on this roster. You saw here earlier tonight when I crushed The Miz, and that isn't going to stop here. Let me promise you this - the next man that steps out of those curtains gets to face off with none other than Paul Wight next week on RAW - and that's a damn promise."
The fans hush as they wait for someone to walk out from behind the curtain.
