| the outline of a man's face can vaguely be seen in a dark room. the mans eyes, and his mouth can barely be seen, but its just enough to tell he is there. the man begins to speak in a whisper tone. "The Raven"When the storm is brewing, we all need a haven, a sanctuary, a place to hide away, to escape, a place to dream and hope... a place where the darkness and chaos won't seem so frightening. But for some the darkness is a relentless enemy that cannot and will not be eluded. And once the darkness senses your innermost fears, once it senses your overwhelming pain, it is never far behind. I can empathize with these people. I understand their futility... I can feel their hopelessness... I can feel their pain.
They say our destiny is formed in the earliest moments of our lives... My earliest memories are not of anything specific, but of feelings... feelings of abandonment, feelings of loneliness, feelings of melancholy. The chosen begin their path towards greatness, everlasting glory... the ill-fated, those not so lucky, are doomed straight from the beginning. The unfortunate souls devour themselves, searching for destruction. You see, we are all prisoners of our nature, locked in certain patterns of behavior. Prisoners of our own design. I could no sooner change the path that I have been set upon, than stop a swallow from migrating, or the sun from rising. So it is written... so it shall come to pass... I'll make sure it is understood...

Nevermore The mans face entirely fades off the screen now, to be replaced by an image of a burning photo. The person in the photo cant quite be made out for sure, but those that have viewed this odd WCF exclusive video have many guesses as to who is in it.(CLOSED - Feedback wanted!) | |
