just days after the arrest , and before the court case even took place emma has been future endevored by the wwe , seems premature to me , considering cameron was arrested for dui and then tryed to bribe the cop and still has a job , and the whole jack swagger with a bag of weed thing and he still has a job idk , what do you guys think

She got reinstated by the WWE. It was extremely quick.

There is a difference between larceny and a DUI/bribing the officer and smoking weed.

I would rather keep an employee with a DUI or a weed charge than I would someone with larceny because it'll make you wonder what they are up to and if someone has eyes on them, other wise they might end up stealing from the workplace.

But on the other side of that, someone who was arrested for larceny isn't going to be a risk to the company or its performers, whereas someone who was arrested for DUI or Weed could easily come into work under the influence and say, injure four popular people, ending their pushes and turning them into jobbers.

It'd be easy to tell if they came in with puffy eyes looking like they were in another world or staggering around and using the wall to help keep them straight. Its not so easy to see that someone has stuck $9000 worth of merchandise and other valuables into their dufflebag without checking.

Also, in the case of Swagger that's a poor argument. He injures people without being high. Who's to say he'd wrestle worse under the influence? Hell, maybe while he's high he becomes the next Shawn Michaels. We'll never know.
