.:King:. Ladies and gentalmen , tonight marks the return of the one and only CM Punk to Monday night Raw , and i got to guess that the rest of the legion won't be to far behind him JR. And with the momentum of these guys lately is it any wounder they had signed them too WWE contracts weeks before the merger ?
.:JR:. Well king , while i do not share your enthusiasum for the return of punk tonight there is no denying that the legion has been making there pressance known all over the bussiness, with titles and a powerful group of up starts , the legion shows no signs of slowing down either
.:King:. I know its gotta be hard for you to admit that JR , but nothing could be closer to the truth and i think that if people dont start watching there backs the legion might take over!
.:JR:. Im not to sure about that king but there is no way you can't take notice of these gentalmen , and as we speak im getting word that the legion will be here any moment for Punks official correnation and welcome back.
The arena grows silent and just as suddenly as a flash of lightning the theme to the WWE super group , begins to play over the speakers as the men begin to walk out from behind the curtain, and onto the stage. Being led tonight by CM Punk with the Televison title strapped around his waist.
CM Punk makes it to the top of the ramp and drops to his knees , and tilts his head back looking up at the lights . His arms shoot out from his sides palms up . Behind him is Ziggler who runs his hands threw his ric flair esq hair and flicks the water foward , on either side of the two men is Curtis Axel and Randy Orton who are both holding an arm and fist up in the air in a sign of solidarity. Punk jumps up to his feet and throws his fist out screaming "ITS LEGION TIME" and spins around showing the crowd and camera the back of his shirt which reads that which Punk proclaims week in and out
The four men continue there decent down the ramp towards the ring and prepare to enter it
.:KING:. Here they are JR ! The legion is in the building and CM Punk is ready for his big return ! this entire crowd should be giving a standing ovation!!!
.:JR:. While me and my partner have diffrent views on the men entering this ring , it is safe to say that business is definatly about to pick up here on RAW !
Punk stands on the ring apron soaking in a robust series of half boos and half cheers from the volital fans as the other members of legion climb threw the ropes and into the ring. Punk reaches down as a stage hand hands him up a microphone and Punk ducks threw the second rope and joins the rest of the boys in the middle of the ring he stands there for a moment before lifting the mic to his face
.:CM Punk:. Ladies and parasites i know its been a while , and even though im sure you havent forgotten me ,im gunna do this more for myself right now because god damn do i like how it sounds. I am CM Punk, I am the second city saint , I am the voice of the voiceless , I AM the best .... in the world , I am the straight edge messiah and last but most important of all i am the current raining and defending Televison Champion of the World much to each and every one of your'se horror.
The crowd boos and a few still cheer , regaurdless punk laughs as Orton pats him on the back , Ziggler is laughing as well as he leans over an says something to Axel how nods his head in agreement. Punk takes a deep breath and then plops down on his ass sitting criss cross and then raises the mic back to his mouth
.:CM Punk:. Me and the rest of the legion are out here tonight for a couple reasons but the first one that comes to mind is that , im here ... back on RAW kids . And tonight i celebrate becoming your Tv champ and i do that for a very simple reason. Because there is not a person sitting out there in this arena or a fan sitting on there couch at home stuffing there faces with doritos that believed that i would be here tonight with this title. Not a single person besides the men behind me beleived in me for one minute and now im here to shove down your ungrateful throats , See when i went into Nitro 5 weeks ago now and found out i was going to be in a cage with Rey for this title , i knew what was gunna happen , zigs knew what was gunna happen , hell Curtis over there had already bought the champaigne . But you people , naw , no faith at all and low and behold i emerge as the tv champion , and now you fast foward 3 weeks to the Bash and everyone again said i had no chance , even though just one short month before i warned everyone that i was not to be ignore or forgotten you all for got again. Called me an under dog said i was a transition champion , in mark speak . But i went into the Bash and knew what was going to happen , and i didnt kiss ass for this title or steal it , again on that night for the second time in three weeks i beat Rey Mysterio and earned my title !
Punk hoists the title above his head letting it sink in
.:CM Punk:. Then of course there is some people out there that say it was Dolph Ziggler who won me this title. And while my best friend over here may have been wearing the stripes for that match anyone who saw that match knows that i didnt need dolph to win that title , he was an insurance policy and there for the support of his fellow legion brother . HA but i gotta tell ya Dr. Zigs Mcgigs i did save this still frame to the backround of my lap top

.:CM Punk:. This photo right here ..... this picture will stand the test of time , it will hang in hall of fame one day and here swhy . If you though 435 days of punk as WWE champion was great it will pale in comparison to the run im going to have with this strap. I dont plan on ever losing this title , so in 2017 when i walk down that ramp with this exact same belt around my exact same waste , you all can remeber this moment where it all began where i lifted Rey up on to my shoulders and i put that little man to sleep , and never ever looked back. See kidos this whole time from Rise to Legion you have been watching history in the making put your to shallow to admit it. To afraid to admit that the man in this ring might really be everything he says , too afraid to accept me as your savior , as your hero , as your childrens rolemodel yet here i am the picture of what a man should be , and right here around me are the only three other men i see in this building.
The crowd boos and a few peices of trash fall in the ring and punk dosnt even move he simply holds the title up again and laughs , and with out putting down the title he continues

You can boo me and throw trash at me all day everyday and it wont change one thing about what your looking at or whats going to happen , and thats your cross to bear that week in and week out youll have to watch Legion win and succeed at any thing they damn well please , and you have to continue living your mediocre at best lives and you hate it.
.:JR:. and this is exactly why i dont agree with you about these men they have no respect for the people that pay there salarys !
.:KING:. Oh JR your just mad because you know there right and you hate it too
.:CM Punk:. Its sad really that you have already worked up to this level of hatred and we havent even really begun yet ! what are you going to do when Dolph Ziggler is your WWE Champion , or Curtis and Randy our the longest running tag team champions in WWE history huh , how are you gunna deal with that , because from what iv gathered in this business is that no ammount of trash thrown in this ring or amount of noise from trash in the audiance can change the path of greatness , these 4 men here before you are quite literally an embodiement of the word. Get used to this because we havent even begun to peak yet all the best is yet to come ...

*As Punk awaits for a member of The Legion to take the mic, Curtis Axel steps up and ask Punk for the mic. Punk Gladly hands it over to Axel and they both nod with a heelish smirk on their faces*
King: "Let's see what Curtis Axel has to say here on Raw."
Curtis: "Punk, it's awesome to see you back man, it's always an honor. Hope you keep that belt for another 435 days or over. Hell, forever if possible. Other than that, you're not the only one that has returned. I myself returned just today because an arm injury from a match I had with John Morrison, but he's never really important to talk about."
*The fans boo Axel for mocking Morrison*
Curtis: "Boo me all you want folks, we're here all night! But what I really have to say tonight is that over the weeks I've been with The Legion, it has changed me a bit. I used to think I was the best wrestler in the world, boy was I wrong, Punk is! I personified myself as my father, Mr. Perfect. I thought I was him, physically and mentally, but I'm not. These men, no not men, legends I'm with inside this ring showed me how I can be whoever the hell I want to be with no care whatsoever. As much I love my father and his father before him, I will never be them. I will become better than them, because I AM better than them. I may not have the streak or the title around my waist to prove that I'm better, but I know I just am."
*Then the crowd throws more of their bottles and trash in the ring while a "STFU" chant starts*
*The Legion starts clearing the ring of the trash and gives a round of applause to Curtis*
Curtis: "I will achieve everything my father has done in this business, because I am not Perfect. I will be more than Perfect. I defy more than just Perfect, I will defy myself as... as GOD! I may screw up a few times before, or choke in matches. But later on in my career, it's going to change. I'm trying to change because I would have just been thrown away by the WWF because it sometimes has the habit of throwing away very talented wrestlers. Wrestlers like Trent Barreta, he was tossed away in 2010 for being buried by the WWF. I was lucking not to be buried myself when I was Michael Mcillicutty, and yeah I am breaking the forth wall here. Props to Punk, HI MOM! Because the only achievements I had was when I was Michael Mcillicutty, was when I was in the New Nexus, with my good friend Punk, back in 2011, and later won the Tag Team Titles with David Otunga. But that's all history now, history that nobody cares about. But I am better than my past self, I am GOD! "
*Axel takes a pause*
Michael Cole: "This man is just mad in power."
*Tons of boos roar around in the arena filled with hate towards Axel*
Curtis: "You all can hate us for all we care. You all can hate me more and wish I can go to hell, just know, I'll be seeing you all there. And all of you might be asking yourselves how am I going to be better than Mr. Perfect, or Larry THE AXE Hennig, or even GOD himself. I'm going to start by doing what I started planning tonight, here on Raw."
*Curtis Looks around the ring and the arena*
Michael Cole: "what is he thinking Jerry?"
Jerry: "I don't know Cole, but it must be ballsy!"
*Then Curtis looks at Punk with a grin*
Curtis: "Punk, will all respect in hand, I think you are one of the best wrestlers in the world, THE BEST. I know you are my favourite. I am wanting a challenge you Punk to prove I will be the GOD of WWF, to show that I am not the weak link.. Me, THE Curtis Axel vs. THE C... M... PUNK!!! What do you say guys?"
*Everybody in the arena, The Legion, and CM Punk were all shocked of what Curtis Axel just said*
*Axel waits for a response from Punk, Randy, or Ziggler*
[OPEN TO CM PUNK, RANDY ORTON, OR DOLPH ZIGGLER]

[Randy Orton walks over to Axel and yanks the microphone from his hands. As he stares down Axel for the challenge the crowd is booing Orton for interupting.]
RANDY ORTON:"Are you kidding me? You get injured and are out for the pay-per-view leaving me to convince Mr. Ziggler here to fill in for you in the tag title match and Mr. Punk over there to fill in on the 6-Man Elimination Match. Then you come here and instead of wanting to get revenge on John Morison, you challenge The Legion's only title holder? Say he accepts the match and beats you, but gets injured in the process...You need to think Curtis. You and I were chosen for a reason, your talent and my knowledge..."
[Dolph walks over to Orton and pats him on the back approving what he has said, but Axel is getting more infuriated as Orton continues.]
RANDY ORTON:"Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see you guys go at it, but at the risk of one of you getting injured...It's not worth it. Now to change the subject, as you all have seen I've been in some kind of slump lately and it all started with loosing my title to Paul Wight...not it all started when I alligned myself with The Legion. Dolph you said earier at Comic-Con that your not about a four on one attack...That may not get the fans to like you, but it gets you Wins. I alligned myself with the three of you to get ahead in the company, not get my ass kicked every Monday and Thursday night by guys in the back that shouldn't even be in the ring with me..."
[The rest of Legion have fallen behind Orton as he stands in the center of the ring staring at the camera. He then raises his right arm in the air with a fist causing the other three men to follow him.]
RANDY ORTON:"Loyalty...Honor...Glory...That is what we live by and sometimes people question my honor because of the sheer fact that I will do anything needed to win. Winning in my eyes is dollar signs and like Dolph said he is in it for the money so we need to win more and prove our Loyalty to one another. By this I mean winning matches and making sure it happens..."
[The crowd starts booing The Legion more and more, causing Randy Orton to get pissed. He then hands the microphone off to another member of The Legion.]

Dolph takes the mic from Randy to a chorus of boos from the crowd. "You're a loser, You're a loser" they chant.
Dolph: You know it's funny. All anyone seems to want to talk about these days is how I can't win a match. Magnus wants to call me out, Cody, Kaz, even that paper champion Christopher Daniels have gotten on board in recent weeks, trying to get under my skin. And now you troglodytes are chanting that I'm a loser.
The chants grow louder. Dolph raises his arms, gesturing to the crowd to bring it on. He smiles as the other members of the Legion laugh along with him.
And yet, even though everyone is trying to run my name through mud and knock me down, here I am, standing in the ring with four men who I call my brothers. And one of these men, Mr. CM Punk, holds the TV title, and, it's only a matter of time before Orton and I hold those tag team belts that Bad Influence seem bent on embarrassing with mediocrity and incompetence. It's only a matter of time before this man, Mr. Curtis Axel is the Intercontinental Champion, and then, then, my friends, it's back up the mountain again for the Legion. Back up the mountain to destroy whoever happens to be holding the WWF championship for us. So it's funny that you idiots chant that I'm a loser, when we four stand in this ring capable of dominating any force that gets in our way. And what's even funnier, and I think you're all going to like this, is that I hacked into Magnus's twitter account the other day and found this little gem. Here, let me show you what he said up on the old Titantron.
Now that, that's funny. That's downright hilarious. The man who decides to poke the bear after barely beating me in one match, is secretly a huge Dolph Ziggler mark. I mean, I can't say I blame him. Can you Randy? Can you Punk? Can you Curtis?
Each man shakes his head, barely able to contain their laughter.
Who knew right? But enough of that irrelevant Brit, the Legion has bigger fish to fry. I'm proud of these men standing in the ring with me today. Proud of CM Punk for winning that belt. Proud of Curtis Axel for wanting to prove himself by challenging his own teammate to a match. Proud of Randy Orton for calling out Axel and demanding that he bring his A game, proud of him for being my personal manager and for choosing me as his own manager. We few, we happy few, we band of brothers. For he today that sheds his blood with me, shall be my brother. Magnus certainly isn't my brother. That Judas, Cody Rhodes was once my brother but failed me one too many times. And, thank the Lord, none of you simpletons are anywhere near my family tree.
The crowd boos viciously.
But these men, the Legion, are my brothers, now and for always. We work together as a perfect unit. We are perfection. We are damn near unstoppable as poor little Rey Mysterio found out the other night. You know Randy, you're right, who am I kidding? I love when the deck is stacked in our favor. I love four on one beat downs. I love kicking the ass of every hero these morons cheer for. In fact, I have some footage to show of just what happened to little Rey Rey after RAW went off the air the other night. Vince didn't want to put this on TV because it's so vicious, so disturbing that the little children might be frightened. But, I had a chat with Vince and convinced him that you needed to see what happens when someone gets in the way of what the Legion wants. Here, take a look.
Dolph turns and points back up the Titantron
Rey Mysterio is seen limping down the back hallway after his match with CM Punk. He pushes open the locker room door, and is immediately met with a spear by Curtis Axel charging out of the locker room into Rey. Rey falls backwards against a table. Orton, Punk, and Ziggler come out of the locker room behind Axel. The four men surround Rey as he leans against the table, holding his stomach. Orton moves around the table as Ziggler and Punk turn Rey around. Orton slaps Rey in the face and then RKO's him straight through the table.
The crowd boos as they watch The Legion decimate Rey.
"Get him up" Ziggler shouts. Axel and Orton stand up Rey, while Punk goes behind a curtain and gets a body bag. He lays it on the floor, and then grabs Rey Mysterio. He hoists him on his shoulders and hits Rey with the GTS. Rey staggers backwards, turning around as he does so, right into a huge super kick from Ziggler. Rey topples backwards, slumping to the floor, landing in the body bag. Orton quickly moves to pull the sides of the bag over Rey, and Axel zips the bag up, securing Rey inside. The four men each grab a handle of the bag and lift it up, walking quickly towards the garage. They walk through the garage and out to the back, approaching the line of dumpsters. Ziggler releases his handle, and runs to one of the dumpsters flipping open the lid. "Let's take out the trash boys" he shouts. The Legion bring Rey to the dumpster and on the count of 3, lift him up and throw him over the edge into the dumpster. The bag lands inside with a crash as Rey's unconscious body slams onto glass, rotting food, and the rest of the trash. The four men stand for a moment admiring their handiwork and then Axel reaches up and slams down the lid. "I don't think we'll be saying Rey Rey anytime soon he says. When he wakes up, he'll find himself buried in some god forsaken landfill. Sleep tight Rey." The four men laugh and head back into the arena. The camera cuts out.
The crowd boos loudly, shocked at what the Legion has done to another one of their heroes. Dolph speaks again.
You see, that's what happens when you get in our way. We get rid of garbage like Rey Mysterio, just like I'm going to get rid of that piece of trash Magnus Von Suckinstein. The odds are forever in our favor people. We can't be stopped, so you can boo us all you want, but you may want to consider the old saying, if you can't beat 'em, you might as well join them. The Legion isn't going anywhere, so get used to us baby.
Dolph throws the mic aside and stands with his partners in the center of the ring. Their music hits and each man raises his fist in a victory salute.
[Promo closed and ready to be graded]

Okay, here we go.
+ 5 SP to Punk This was honestly one of your best promos yet. You made a lot of good points and worked off of your match with Rey and your stable, I look forward to some more Legion promos. The only thing I would say to change is the color of the commentary, maybe make one a different Color from the other, but that's just nitpicking.
+ 3 SP to Axel You're getting there man. This promo was more fluent and a lot better than some of your previous stuff. Of course, challenging you own partner to a title match is kind of weird, but hey, whatever. I like that you're trying to start a feud with Morrison, but it doesn't look like it's working. Try finding someone else, Shelton Benjamin is down!
+ 2.5 SP to Orton As Alveuss said in one of your other promos, it's great that your getting promos out more consistently now. This was a nice add to the promo as a whole, and good job shutting down Axel's weird title challenge.
+ 5 SP to Dolph Great work here Dolph, your feud with Magnus is really starting to pick up now, and I can't wait to see what happens. This was a nice way to close the promo and I look forward to your next group one.
